New Zealand has a unique advertising system.

It is the first country in the world to allow all companies to advertise on the same website.

What to know about New Zealand advertising guidelines for 2017 and 2018 New Zealand requires all advertising to be 100% original and must have a minimum of three pages of content.

Advertisements must be clearly labelled with the message, message and name of the company.

A company may not make a misleading claim that an advertisement is for a product, service or service related service, including an offer to buy, a rebate, discount or other benefit.

The advertiser must be clear and concise in the message.

Advertorials must not contain: a generic name, business name, address, telephone number or a business or commercial address; a description of the product or service; or any references to the product, the service or the discount or benefit.

The ASAA will not approve advertising that has been published on social media.

The advertising is limited to 10 images per page.

The maximum allowed number of images is one image per page, plus a caption.

The advertisements must be accompanied on the website by a copy of the website and the social media posts that relate to the advertisement.

The website must be free of advertisements that are likely to cause annoyance, distress or damage to another person.

The content must not: incite hatred or prejudice, including racism, sexism, disability, homophobic, biphobic, transphobic, or other discriminatory views or attitudes; be offensive, obscene or abusive; include information that is inaccurate, misleading or deceptive, or contain an unfair or unfair advantage; incite hatred, ill-will or prejudice; promote discrimination; or contain
